Our story

Hi-Fye Pistachios are grown by the charismatic Fye Wan and his partner Judy Lorraine in Wedderburn. They are passionate growers and a caretaker of rare varieties such as the Larnaka from Cyprus. In total they grow 28 different varieties!

They can be found in numerous farmers’ markets in the region.
