Cornella Brewery has been making beer in the Central Victorian region of Heathcote since 2016, in the picturesque surrounds of award winning winery Shiraz Republic.
Initially we focused on making traditional English style beers, brewing under the name of ‘Cornella Real; an homage to Brittain’s real ale movement. After time, we refined our name to just ‘Cornella’, as our range had grown beyond the English styles we love, to include more modern trends.
We were early adopters of the haze craze, with our core beer “Annie NEIPA” being brewed since 2017 – the first Central Victorian one on the market. Now, our rotating roster of beers includes many more hazy beers, as well as other IPAs, sours, lagers, natural wines and our beloved English styles.
