Morris Lane Distillery grew out of a fascination with world-class Australian spirits, predominantly whisky but also a interest where the grains, fruits and botanicals come from.
We’ve been quietly making single malt and grain whisky, aging them in a variety of beautiful French and American oak, ex-bourbon barrels and ex-red wine barrels have been used. The malted barley and wheat all come from Victoria.
More recently our attention has turned to gin and vodka. All continuing to use Australian grown grain, botanical’s and fruits, something we are very, very passionate about.
All of our spirits are batched produced, each bottle has a batch and bottle number.
The journey to make world-class Australian spirits isn’t a sprint, is one great long marathon.
