In early 2020, The City of Greater Bendigo formed a new Creative City of Gastronomy Advisory Committee to help guide work related to the City’s UNESCO City of Gastronomy designation. One of the committee’s first tasks was to develop a 4-year Implementation Framework and Action Plan, laying out the goals, ambitions and actions of Bendigo as a UNESCO Creative City.
